ABOUT ME

I am a graduate from Louisiana State University where I acquired my bachelors in Architecture in 2014. In addition to architecture, I was also trained as an artist and obtained a minor in Fine Arts. During my college years I highly focused on investigating how to create healthy, livable spaces while also producing a positive impact in the surrounding environment. Idea/Intention> Form/Material.  I was also part of LSU’s Coastal Sustainability Studio where I conducted multiple architecture research projects that investigate how building technology could adapt and respond  to Louisiana’s current coastal sustainability issues. Tomorrow>Today.

Shortly after graduating I worked at DNA Workshop (Dyke Nelson Architecture) a firm located in Baton Rouge, LA, where I obtained 4 years of experience.

At DNA I gained valuable knowledge on the firm's Sustainable Design practices & Contemporary Design approach.  I worked on multiple New Construction and Renovation Projects ranging from Residential, to Commercial, to Multi-use buildings located locally and regionally. Additionally, I worked on two major

Historic Renovation projects; Inman Mills Apartments (Inman Mill, SC) and Electric Depot (Baton Rouge, LA) where I became familiarized with the process of listing a project in the National Register of Historic Places and the requirements needed to obtain State Tax Credits for Historic Preservation. I also contributed in multiple Design-Build projects where I made use of parametric design tools, such as Rhino + Grasshopper, to create unique intricate designs using the in-house CNC machine and workshop.

In 2019 I moved to Denver , Colorado where I worked with PWN Architects & Planners until 2021. There, I was the Project Manager and Lead Designer of many projects ranging from Condos, to Apartments, to High-end Residential projects of different types of construction; from walk up units, to Podium Construction, to Medieval Inspired. At PWN, I also worked on a series of Renovation Projects  and Commercial Tenant Spaces, including renovation of Residence Inn - Downtown Denver, and office design of Ricca Design Studio, and others.

Currently, I provide Freelance Architectural services and I'm in the process of becoming a  Licensed Architect.

My services include:

  • Residential and Commercial Design Consultation

  • Drafting services

  • Code Evaluation

  • Graphic visualization

  • Production of Construction documents

  • Construction Administration Services

I believe that both coordination and collaboration are essential in the development of a project, as well as investigating ways in which design could have a positive impact in people’s lives.
